A53 is the first 64bit ARM. It doesn't mean it's very fast.
According to Anandtech A53 is just an A7 on steroids.
There was a review in Android Central of the Moto G4. This is what they said:
Once loaded, the camera app was a dream, but this all speaks to the fact that the Snapdragon 617 doesn't solve a fundamental issue of Qualcomm's low-cost chips: Cortex-A53 just isn't very powerful. Adding an extra four cores at 1.2Ghz doesn't address the A53's lackluster single-core performance.

+ 615/617 all octa/h... moreThis means your info is wrong. Not all octa and hexa cores are based on big.LITTLE.
For example mediatek MT6755 (and other 8 core mediatek's) have 8 A53 cores running at the same clock speed. Same goes for Snapdragon 430.
In the case of 617 it seems that all 8 cores can be utilized.

And yeah, 615 uses 2 clusters that don't run at the same time (according to gsmarena). However, 617 can run all 8 cores at the same time. It wouldn't make it big.LITTLE

moto g4 plus not good device by any means, it has no magnetic sencer. lot of problems with speaker. heating problem.only camera is good.rest of all very poor

MOTO G4 Plus is best phone and worth price .......... very smooth and very fast ....camera is very clear. and 4g network its to good i loved it dont go for other product...
