the phone is awesome, battery backup is good for moderate user. if you really love taking decent pictures then moto g4+ is the only choice under 15k. it doesn't heat up except playing high end games and I hope they will fix this issue by updates. fast charging isn't so fast as they mentioned and buttons are a bit loose. overall phone is good under 15k.

Anonymous, 21 May 2016No matter what you do, mobile phones will overheat, when pl... moreits true that using the phone intensively will cause heat but take a look at moto g3 which had snapdragon 410....it barely had heat issues.....if the snapdragon 617 has atleast manageable heat issues then only the g4 will be a success like the earlier g3.....unlike the g3 turbo which had plenty of heat issues becoz of the snapdragon 615

Anonymous, 21 May 2016615 had only minor heating issues. 616 and and 617 rectifie... morei think moto g3 was a great phone becoz the snapdragon 410 had almost no heating issues irrespective of how many hours you use it......moto g3 had a great camera so the moto g4 will definitely have an even better camera but honestly the snapdragon 617 may cause heating issues....its only after we get more user reviews it will be clearer though....i wish the g4 had snapdragon 625 or 650 though....:(:(:(:(

There is no notification LED. Just like the Moto g3, the LED light serves no purpose.
In the Moto g3, the LED behind the earpiece lit up when the battery was too low to power the screen.
In the Moto g4, the LED at the right of the fingerprint scanner turns on when charging or connecting USB

Been using since 2 days. Only issues with the phone are:
1. Heats while charging
2. Not-so-quick charging
3. Buttons are very loose (and irritating)
Otherwise all other things are much better than other phones... Great camera, smooth performance, thin and very light

Bought Moto G plus 4th gen yesterday. Facing the problem of automatic touch lots of time. And facing network issues while changing sim for data connection. Please give suggessions or should I replace it??

And for your kind info, the maximum temperature recorded was 45°c after continuous heavy game play. Check YouTube video for that.
