The Lenovo service engineer should be able to repair your device if you take it to the service center.
The question is are your ready to go through the pain of taking it to the service center??

I don't say the phone heats up bcz of charging. The phone stays warm even when it is not at all in use. The only way to sort is to put the phone in Battery Saver Mode.
Unfortunately, battery saver mode is automatically turned off when the phone is connected to a charger. So this way the phone heats up more when it is being charged.

I have been using this phone (moto g4 plus 32GB) from past 5 months. The phone has some serious issues with respect to heating and battery drain.
1) Phone remains warm even when absolutely not in use, draining the battery in less than 12 hrs without any use. The only solution I found is to put the phone in BATTERY SAVER MODE.
2) Ghost touches when the phone is plugged to any charger. The only solution is do not use the phone when it is connected to a charger.
3) phone gets terribly hot and laggy when camera is used for more than 5 min. The only solution is to not use the camera.
(All the above mentioned problems are very common in Moto G4 plus, if not all handsets)
I have read the solutions that were provided By Lenovo service. Its a shame, they are not ready to accept that some of their phones if not all have these problems. Instead of giving a proper service/replacement/refund they say don't use the phone when it is charging or switch off wifi when not in use etc etc.
If I have to do all this manually then why do I buy a so called smart phone paying Rs 15000??
Is this seen in brands Like Samsung or Iphone??
If the company is not in a position to repay or give a proper service, I expect them to at least accept the device is defective apologize instead of playing fool with us.

avoid turbo charger
use normal charger.

while i connect charger and use mobile. It doesn't respond, the touch is not working properly, it automatically scrolls itself up and down and takes a snapshot of its own. this happens only when I charge my mobile.
can anyone help me out in solving this problem?
