Lenovo ruined the design of Motorola Moto G, this new Moto G4 Plus looks horrible. Where are the stereo speakers and what is that square thingy at the front, if they really wanted to put fingerprint sensor they could've gone for a rear mounted fingerprint sensor with Motorola logo etched on it. That square sensor in the front not only spoils the design but also hampers functionality by doing away with the front facing speaker.
Please Lenovo you ruined the ThinkPad we still stood down, now at least don't ruin the Motorola phones.

Most users are not worried about a phone being Vanilla Android. The specs and the cost of Redmi Note 3 may be proving too good for the competition.

But it will also be priced higher, around 15000 rs for the 32 GB + 3 GB ram . So choice is yours.

Is it worth the wait or purchase Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 (12000 INR with 3GB + 32 GB and "650 processor") ? Existing Moto G Turbo (12499 INR with 2GB + 16GB and "615 processor" is higher priced. They should be dropping prices or discontinue Moto G3 & Moto G Turbo if the price of G4 and G4+ is to be made competitive ? Any suggestions ? :D

It should come with Snapdragon 625 and it must have NFC and sensors like compass and gyroscope with full hd resolution screen and atleast 3000 mah battery .

Motorola please add Gyroscope in Moto G4 like in Moto G2. Which is really important when developing VR Games.

The G4 plus wll be good for any one who wants a powerful 5inch mid budget phone. Anything new the phone will have is a faster SoC and a finger print sensor. Ys the camera gets a bump to 16mp but only 1080p rec. The screen is still 720p. The phone will be showcased on May 17 2016 by Mororola. The phone will not have a Lenovo tag this time.
The IP rating is again gone down to IPX7 rather than IP67. So it is only water resistant. IPS lcd screen fives good colours and viewing angles.

It is totally worth waiting. Moto phones have pure android and fast updates. Customised OSes are bloated and painfully late updates. Smartphones are about the OS, not the hardware.

If it isn't dual sim ...... its a big failure.
It isn't going to sell in Europe if it isn't dual sim. G3 was a big failure for not having dual sim.

Bad decision to put the fp scanner on the front like that. It is now quite ugly. Everyone has been saying for months that Moto/Lenovo should have the scanner in the 'M' dimple on the back. Hopefully the X4 will finally have it - I doubt it.
Also, for a G this is pretty decent spec, as long as the pricing is the same as previous models.
