It's not just about processor speed, but also how well synced the SoC is with software.
Snapdragon of G 4 family is well synced processor along with GPU and other components. All its components are well synced and work as a single system.
Mediatek of M on other hand is not synced with well other components and software.
it is just a 'bundle' of components put together,rather than a coordinated system.
Hence, G family phones will perform better than M. These are well synced and tuned up for pleasant experience.

Does ram size affect camera or heating performance. ? is 2gb ram lighter on the processor ? and better than 3 gb ram ? in terms of heating ?

i hv moto 4g plus since 3 months..this phone is so bad guys pls don't purchase it bcz the phone is automatically switched off and switched on in evry 4-5 mins and i m regularly going to the service centres but they have no solution about this they are not replying me properly..

Bought MotoG4 plus because sites were saying it has a little better camera. Well the camera absolutely SUCKS in low light. My Moto G2 that I'm replacing has much better low light performance on video and photos. I returned my Moto G 4 plus. Don't think you are getting a good camera. Your not
