Anonymous, 12 Oct 2016I have tried it several times bt yet nt the screen shot to ... moreGo to app settings turn off permissions and notifications go to battery 3 dots top right corner touch the dots optimise battery when there you will see not optimised touch that then all apps leave it do this while charging before you take off charger exit settings touch square at bottom of screen settings app will appear touch the x that's it it can take a day or 2 to settle I do it 2ce a week

yog, 25 Nov 2016where is your comment for heating issue solvingGo to u r camera setting & set u r video shutting setting hd to normal mode, don't use u r phone when charger is connected also remove u r back cover when charger is connected & don't use black color back cover. This is a normal problem actually their is small circuit in back side hence phone is become a hot but this problem can't damage u r phone.

Really bad phone. I have one moto 4g plus n has several issues like heating n sensor issue and no inbuilt gallery app n music apps. It also black outs when calling. Go 4 honor 7 instead!!!!!

This is not too older chipset . Just 1 year old chipset but gsmrena says very old processor.
