You can use PIP mode via YouTube App in India.Only if you're using an VPN and set it to USa

    Good battery life,
    Heating issue less then nouget,

But beware you can get the same issue like me which is frustrating. And Bootloader is also locked so I can't install custom rom. So I would say you should install a custom rom if you want oreo and you'll get more features in the 64 bit custom rom like Pixel Experience Rom. Gcam works only on 64 bit version and moto's official oreo is 32bit. So there is not much benefit in upgrading to official oreo.

                Anonymous, 22 Oct 2018I have one, and installed Pixel Experience... Works flawl... moreI wish I had installed it before oreo update but then I thought I should wait for the official oreo, damn I waited for it. Now I'm screwed and stuck on this rom.

                1. The bootloader has been updated to C0.92, so no way to unlock the bootloader for now.
                2. Can't rollback to the Nougat because Motorola doesn't allow it. Downgrading can hard brick the phone.

                Only thing I can do is to wait for Motorola to push an OTA for these fixes or somebody finds a way to unlocks the new bootloader so I can install a custom rom.

                                      I got this phone on the launch day in India. So I'm using this phone for more than 1.5 Years it was working so good and then the late Oreo update came after so much delay so I thought they will provide a stable update but since the phone is updated to the Oreo 8.1, I'm facing battery drain issue and Wi-Fi drops issues which are very annoying and it's making my daily mobile experience worst. I did a factory reset after the update but it didn't solve the problem.
                                      Now I'm f***ed, can't even rollback to the Nougat because Motorola doesn't allow it.
                                      Also, many users are experiencing these problems.


                                        Phone is still under warranty and is sporadically not receiving phone calls. Motorola will not honor the warranty. Beware!
