Whenever I put my phone on charge my phone app does not work. It hangs and I'm not able to receive calls or dial any number.im facing this issue since last 2 months constantly. Everytime i charge my phone it repeats this same issue. unused memory of my phone is 1.7 gb and storage is nearly 20.08 gb. It's a 32 gb phone. Please help. It's is really a big issue for me to put my phone in charging now.

although moto says they have released oreo updates, i still doubt we will get it before g6 plus has good sale
they have put oreo updates on hold for so long..

Guys, do try to understand that Moto is playing a game, a powerplay... They want Moto g5 series to rise to fame anyhow... This is all psychologically controlled and new customers are gonna look at it like... Hey look this at this device.. there are so many people who are asking for update ... Now, Update will come sooner or later but the seemingly large popularity of people asking sets mental impression.. leading to a hell freaking lot of advertisement by the consumers itself..!!!!!!! And a device like Moto g5 plus is therefore available at such prices now ... Oreo rollout beginning.. is the trick for the Moto to attract attention itself for the newly launching g6 series... Motorola isn't lazy or anything they are genius....!!!!! So, I too am waiting for update.. lolz

i urge ppl not to buy moto phones at all
there are a lot of other phones in market..go give them a try..atleast once
they fail to provide timely android updates
they keep delaying the updates for no valid reason
lenovo has takes life out of moto RIP Moto

No update to Oreo.I think chinese lenovo company is not carring of customers,who purchased Motorola phones for pure Moto experience.

love the phone, no problems for me. Battery lasts 3 days, and never realized how useful fast charging could be.

Sick and tired of the phone ghosting and the keyboard locking and typing whatever it wants, drives me nuts, overheats continually having to turn off and on and reboot annoying when you have an important call to make.
My G4 also failed to recognise SIM so time to say goodbye to Moto...
