When I started the phone was great but suddenly it lost the imei no it became zero.
It came with android 7 and they wont upgrade it to 8 as of June 2018 So I will never have another moto phone.

an... moredepends on the price. It´s still worth it, has NFC chip unlike the others, 12mp camera with f/1.7 aperture, 3gb RAM, slot for two nano sim cards + micro sd. If you don´t the bezel (design) while the others have moved to a bezeless design, it´s a fine phone.
It´s still better than a G6, or a G6 play, even a G6 plus (their almost on par)

very low in call audio. almost impossible to have a conversation while on streets. otherwise, no problems so far for the 4 days i have it.

Just got one of these direct from Motorola. I got the 64gb model for under $200. By the time I got a proper screen protector, slim case, a 64gb micro SD card, and a nice pocket friendly pouch (yes, I'm one of those people), I'm in about $235.00 total. Not bad at all for this level of phone. It's a solid mid to high tier device with killer all around performance. And that's what this is about... the total package. It's not the fastest thing, but it's pretty quick; it doesn't have gobs of battery life, but it easily lasts me, as a heavy user, though an entire day; the camera is no Pixel 2 XL, but it's really nice. That's what this phone was made for; to tick all the boxes, though it might not be the best at any of them. Damn solid choice, and maybe the best budget phone at or around $200 right now.

Motorola flash an OS for a customer LMFAO, no they won't. You're better off finding your current firmware version (Lenovorola will NOT provide these to customers, Use Android File Host, lolinet or firmware.center to find your firmware. Make sure it reads exactly the same as it does in your phone settings) and flashing it yourself with this in bootloader mode:
