Is there like a certain time or month that the update will start rolling out? my phone is still sitting at android 7.0 and no 7.1 update yet :((

Purchased this phone from Amazon less than 30 days ago. Phone worked fine til yesterday when I no longer received cell service. Contracted Motorola, who has the WORST customer service btw, and they finally sent me a link that stated that since the phone was purchased less than 30 days ago to contact Amazon. Amazon would only refund and not supply another one. I guess I should be thankful that I didn't get another one! I don't know why this phone is getting such good reviews.

ashok, 11 Dec 2017I have purchased this phone 3 months back. The only major i... moreThis seems to be a problem with Android not keeping contacts that have a Google+ profile associated with it. I removed the Google+ Profile field from the contacts, and they synced seamlessly. (I would guess it's a deeper problem than that, however, because some of my contacts could not be synchronized that had no associated Google profile but all had associated websites...)
In any case, this is a very non-technical problem to say: I don't think this is a phone issue.

I have purchased this phone 3 months back. The only major issue is vanishing contacts everyday. Given to Moto service centre & formated. Still the issue is same - Vanishing contacts even we saved in gmail

I bought this phone 7 months back..It had been working fine until last 2 weeks. Battery is draining very quickly. Phone is getting heated fast and phone is getting restarted on its own at times. Any idea about these issues?

First of all I have choosed this phone after alot of reviews every where and compared with many phones and every time it had overwhelming winning
The phone is so awesome
The good :
*Very fast ,
*camera is crisp and has big aperture at daylight
*speaker is loud and clear ,
*performance is very high and big ram
*Screen is so nice and perfectly colored
*the battery is very good last for whole day and you can recharge suitable piece of it within one hour thanks to turbo charging feature
* It has stock android without bugs or lags and receiving updates frequently and updated to oreo
* Moto motions is very smart
The bad :
It has no notification led
No sound for charging
Camera nor good at light condition
But i have used to this not that bad
Over all the best phone now for me and Iove it
