Personally I really like this phone. I came from using LG G series phones for a few years and was really used to the whole 'no buttons on the front or sides' thing, but this really didn't take long to get used to. That fingerprint sensor at the bottom that lets you swipe right and left on to get the phone to do things is awesome. I now hate having any phone real estate taken up with a back button. It is awesome. I really don't have anything to complain about. Well, except for the placement of the power button. I set the power button to disconnect calls, so until I got a case on this phone I found myself hanging up on people accidentally all the time. It's just not in a good place if you don't have a case that smooths out the buttons. Once I got the case on it I didn't accidentally hang up on anybody. Been using it for 6 months now and I love it.

Amazing Phone. Can kill the other budget phone kings like Xiaomi RN4 and Lenovo Vibe P2. I will buy this phone if I am not getting my brother's HTC 10. Nokia 6 seems tight with Moto G5 Plus but Nokia 6 has a bad chipset...

As from the recent incidents about updating moto g4 plus to Oreo,I am hesitating to buy moto g5 plus due to android os update issue.
Can anyone have any information about lenovo moto's promise about updating moto g5 plus?
