Had this phone for several months now. Size and features are good - what I was looking for. One deficiency is that it does not have a light to alert you about battery charging, emails, txt messages, etc. Second, major, deficit is that Motorola has admitted that it won't be passing along Android security updates. Had I known this up front, I probably would not have purchased it.

Has anyone experienced SD card failure in this phone? Many other Motos are having problems like corrupt SD cards or suddenly not recognizing them

I bought this phone about a week ago. Works very well, fast processor, good sound quality, decent space and has the two sim slots. Camera quality is pretty average, didnt expect much there. I am replacing a dead galaxy s5 and would definitely recommend it as a low to mid priced phone.

shubhu, 26 Jul 2017Whenever i unlock my phone by fingerprint and then lock and... moreWhen you set up the fingerprint you were provided with 2 options, the first one was "Ask for print everytime I use the fingerprint" and the other was "Don't ask for a pin" just erase all the fingerprints and be sure to check the correct option, I made the same mistake when I got mine hahahaha

Now I am using A5 2017 since February. My main complaint about A5 is the worst selfie and fringerprint. The great things you will get in A5 is best display, rear camera, two days battery life and smoth ui along with monthly security update. ops My A5's display has broken by falling my bike's keys on it

I had a moto g4 plus and now wanted to change the phone
I have the following options: moto g5 plus, galaxy s6, a5 (2017) j7 prime and j7 pro.
So according to your opinion which should i consider buying keeping in view the specs, design, camera, resale and price?

Especially the audio qua... moreThe phone is good sd 625 handle phone good, battery can last for a day , charge fully in 2 hrs , camera is good for this price range , speaker is average not so loud , fingerprint is good and acurate , rest check YouTube for full reviews.
