I have owned the G5 plus for a couple of months and have been constantly annoyed with the call quality. I am never able to understand what the other person is saying. If I reboot the phone it seems to clear up for a few hours, but eventually I have the same problem again.
I returned the phone for an exchange, but the replacement suffered the same problem.
After searching the web I have found out this is a common complaint for anyone using the g5 with Verizon.
Motorola / Lenovo's forums are full of complaints about this problem.
They have said they are looking into it, but it's been months with no fix.
So if you have Verizon, stay away from the G5 plus.
