My moto g5 plus produces ticking mechanical sounds when shake back and forth..
Seems something loose inside,but when i got another phone to verify...it had same sound.. don't know what it is..plz give feedback if anyone has this issue...
When i contacted service centre..he said that noise is due to vibration motor...
Very poor build quality...!! Too disappointed!!!

Received Moto g5 plus yesterday. It is made in China phone.
Phone already has minor scratches at the back if you look at an angle.
Very disappointed.
made jio sim workable in sim 1 by first inserting Vodafone sim in sim 1 and made a call. After that inserted jio sim in sim 1, working flawlessly.
Initially battery charge was 91 % , still I charges it to 100 %.
Even after charging for rest of the day phone was heating like anything. It was very hot especially during net surfing. played no games.
Battery lasted for 25 hrs. At 14 % I charged it today . It took 2 hrs and 10 minutes to charge fully.
1st half hr-> 14 to 35 %
Next half hour->35% to 53 %
Next half hour->53% to 83%
Next half hour->83% to 97 %
10 minutes -> 97% to 100 %
I stay at Thane , ambient temp is around 32 -35 C. so I thing in cooler climate battery will charge fast. Not yet tried charging with airplane mode.
Camera is a little disappointment. Pictures at room with outside ambient light and /or artificial lighting are not clear, they look washed out but while taking picture they look very sharp on phone camera viewfinder.(couldn't find proper word)
Is it the case with every phone ?
Call clarity- cannot hear properly during call since speaker produces low volume. Other person can hear me clearly. Need software update for this.(Brazil got it)
Moto actions are very good.
It is sad that moto has not implemented google camera API 2 . At this price point they should have implemented it. It will help excellent third party manual camera apps to be used for photography.
It is only 2 days I am using this phone, will post more info as I use it.

This is a awesome phone with this budget.. with high building quality and speed
charging happening 100% on just 30 min and features are superb. and no available in local market on emi so it is precious one
