U can't find a moto m or e3 in US. These phones are made for markets like china, india, latin American and other south asian countries by Lenovo because they were already been there and know what they want.

Moto is now a subsidiary of Lenovo.
Its R&D is going on in Motorola mobility Chicago (I don't know if there is a Chicago in China!)

Lenovo have manufacturing plants and R&D centers world wide. Its a multinational PC manufacturer.

AnonD-661340, 12 Apr 2017Is anybody has a problem with the ringtones nd notification... morethis is the common problem of all motorola phone... they call it ascending tone... you will hear it at very low volume in 2 to 3 sec before you hear in high volume.. so dont worry my moto z play before has the same problem.. and they fixed the problem by some minor updates

Is anybody has a problem with the ringtones nd notification tones.....
Bcoz my mobile has problem that sometimes the ringtones nd notification tones are not working...i can replace the phone bt the new one has also the same problem...
Please give me the suggestions to fix this problem.....
