I recently purchased Moto G5 from Perth Australia, JB Hi Fi and it has been shutting down randomly. I went though online blogs and one of them suggested to disable Google App. I did that and the phone did not get better. I have 12 moths international warranty, but it is useless for me since I am not living in Australia.
There is nothing I can do except pray and hope for the best. I hope the next upgrade Motorola will do some thing about it. I used had Motorola phone before and it works well.
Any suggestions please

captain, 11 Apr 2018no compass,no gyro ,so its crappy for GPSNo Compass? But in specs it says there is a compass.

Best value phone offer.Very smooth operation.Fast connection gps,so no need compass.Nice photo camera,strong flash lights dark room.No nfc for my device ,also very simple radio .Get hot on use network internet data.Maybe some different version available for same phone.Seen varies selling in Netherland.Some gold color made in India ,grey made in China.Some report Motorola uk in back cover .So need search for the differences .Slippery needs case

Many variants of this phone depends on market or provider.Also no radio recording,RDS info on radio in some devices.As the lack of nfc function for some of them.

For flash version maybe depends on made in .Date or other factory .Also NFC not have all models too.

For e compass try connect via gps and check direction if show North with compass application .Also maybe work with internet connection with compass application.

And if i may ask you would you rather have a phone that has slow Cat4 LTE but with an e-compass or compass? Or a phone with faster Cat6 LTE but no compass at all?

Dual-tone for me i... moreI found bacon camera app only worked with my phone's that didn't have full api2 or whatever it is, so it doesn't work with my Xperia X compact, but I found another camera app which isn't quite as good as bacon but it does the same thing and works on my Xperia, which is called freedcam , again it enables the noise reduction to be turned off, thankfully because the Xperia is mushy in anything other than bright sun
