Using from approax 6 mnth... Excellent phone..Single day use wth 4g on..RAM mangement superb..Actual stock android experience..

Moto g5s plus doesn't have magnetic compass .. so you cannot download compass, qibla compass etc .. magnetic compass is standard support.

I bought it and returned it 2 days later...
I owned the old G5 couple of years ago and I loved it. Since then I tried many phones and my last phone was GS7 which broke and I needed something cheap for couple of months before my contract runs out and I can get a S9 that was just about to be released.
I love almost clean android on Motos. It is the best! All small things and tweaks that work.
Solid built and quick system.
I loved it until...until I tried the camera! It is slow...sloooooooooow!!! It would be slow in 2010.
I took out my old GS2 from back of the drawer and tried it and it takes pictures quicker than 2018 GS5 Plus...
Quality of picture in day is not so bad but the drama starts when there is less light. We were camping and some Wombats came to say hi...I Wasn't able to take a single decent picture with this phone. Not a single one from 30 was even close to focused. Meanwhile my gf took couple of photos with her Iphone 6s plus and they were all nicely focused and clear.
I tried manual mode and it was little bit better but still crap.
I would expect this camera from a cheap chinese phone for half the price.
G5S plus is a good phone but not for someone who needs to take pictures.
Hardware is great for the money but CAMERA is CRAP.

Granted DBZ Dokkan Battle and a few basic casual games aren't terrible demanding but it feels faster and more fluid than my Intel-based Zenfone 2
