I had one, it's not a bad mobile but it's little slow.
The main problem was with the gps. I don't know why but it was not able to catch the satellites properly. While driving the gps lost itself and was looking for his road in the field or in the forest. Motorola did not solve the problem, I had to get rid of it.

Our Grandfather Has one And From what i See, it is the Worst Phone Ever Made, The Sound Is Really Terrible, the Camera System is So Ugly, the Fromt Camera looks Exactly like the S8 Front Camera and A Fake Home Button is there to Confuse People, The Worst Part? Google is Everywhere!

Security updates stopped after 2 years. Would not buy Motorola again for that reason...

Currently had this phone since December 2018, only just started having a few problems with it in recent months (march, April, may 2021) where it will randomly restart or freeze. Other than these issues, it's been a great phone. This is only my second phone though, my first being the Moto g4 and so I think I'm rather bias but I do think that it's a great budget device. Camera quality is good, apps are good, really is great value for money. I'm hoping that this will see me through to another 6 months - a year

had phone for about six months with a three year warentee its g 6 plus batteries will not recharge trying to find out how to get it sorted but keep failing don't know what to any advice live in Southampton uk

Did not enjoy this phone. I had 2 Moto X Style phones before this phone and really enjoyed them. Then bought the G6 Plus and lost faith in the brand. The video recorder never worked properly, it would lag and jerk while recording like it didn't have enough processing power to run the camera, battery life degraded after a few months, started off well though. Generally irritating, but I mean not the worst phone out there and got stuff done, I just wouldn't repeat the experience.

The most obnoxious device I've ever owned.
It's spastic, slow to respond, and unreliable. Usually the screen requires a ton of pressure to register a response but SOMETIMES your slightest finger graze will cause a pocket dial or an app to shut down. This phone will drive you to an early grave with the frustrations it causes.

Had since it was released has been a very average phone from the start. Phone has mind of its own and will start apps when it wants, sometimes slow to react to commands. Has for the past year started to shut down by itself with 3/4 charge in it and then extremely hard to restart . Cut a long story short worst of the G series phones I've ever owned.

Had this phone two years now . never been any problems except last month.. started to stick freeze etc and battery life is now very poor. The main gripe I have is the charging lead is always loose tried various leads they seem to be loose when inserted and fall out if your not careful. Never had a broken screen or other problems .

this phone does not support dual 4 g . Jio sim is non functional if data access is given to non jio sim in the dual sim phone.

i regret buying this phone. call record apps not working. fading ringtone settings cannot be changed. they should give option to change the settings. but they dont. i will never buy motorola phones again
