My new Motorola g84 5G phone will not connect to all my Bluetooth devices.
It will connect to: My car and my JBL buds
It will not connect to: My Digitech Audio and my JBL Clip speaker.
Is there a fix for this?

It is almost the same equipment as the edge 30 neo, but with an external SD and radio, in exchange for slower charging. Keeping in mind, the cost-benefit ratio is quite good. In Chile it costs 200U$

Confused between G84 and G54. Please suggest which one is good for long term and durable.

Anonymous, 12 Feb 2024Only if, only if it had a better processor!True. There are ones with better processor but without headphone jack and microSD card.
This was the perfect phone if it had 7+ gen 2 or even a 778g. Poco f5 is good but no microSD card, camera isn't good and Miui.

Got it a few days ago, I feel like it's an overpriced phone for it's price range (paid 230 euro) Camera is a disaster and audio is a weak. It moves OK though, has 120hz, good battery (for my needs) and really fast charging.
I don't recommend it to anyone who expects decent photos.

zanezonair, 10 Feb 2024Looking to have some questions answered about this phone if... moreas per motorola's website it only gets android 14,but some websites thinks it will get android 15 too.

the screen is flat but it does not have any protection so you need to use any kind of glass screen protector.

phone does nit get warm that much even in the load.

i myself came from poco x6 pro and very satisfied with this phone.

Looking to have some questions answered about this phone if anyone is willing as it's one of my options for my next phone:

How many os updates will the phone get?

Does it support visible? (just lte 4g is fine. I don't need more than that)

                Is the screen flat?

And now easily does it heat up under heavyish loads?

(Also please don't suggest a phone to me I have my own criteria for a phone and I just wanna find a mid ranger to replace my OnePlus 11 on my own.)

Thanks in advance for any help.

This phone's hardwire designed such a way that make you so frustrated. It has given High refresh rate but Video play resolution is not more than 1080p. Moreover The camera quality is very poor. Build quality is not good as expected. Although there is some positive side of this phone like Display, stunning look and battery backup. as well as light weight. My personal suggestion to you don't go for it.

andgig, 24 Jan 2024How about the sound quality in the headphones? Because the... moreI confirm, the sound is colorless, the scene is withdrawn, the Dolby Atmos application does not improve the quality, on the contrary. I rate the phone's parameters and performance as very good, but if someone is looking for a phone to listen to music on headphones, I suggest choosing something else.

I got this phone recently and on promotion with a moto watch 100 for 250 $. At this point, my old phone (Samsung A11) was barely holding to dear life, so it was a neccessary upgrade.
The short story is that it's a good phone for the price, it will do 90% of your tasks without issues and it should not be compared to Samsung A34 or A54 in most markets (I think in America they are in the same price range but anywhere else the Moto G84 is much cheaper)

                                        The long story is below:
I have had the phone for 2 weeks now and I can safely say that it's quite a good phone for the price.
                                        - Price-wise, it should not be compared to the Samsung A34 (350 $) or the A54 (450 $). Between $350 and $450, I would go for the Pixel 7a.
So if the Moto G84 is compared to the Samsung A34 or A54, then buy the Moto G84, its price will always be lower.
                                        - Performance: Quite good. I am a light smartphone gamer. I game for about 2 to 3 hours per day (Summoners wars sky arena and genshin Impact on low settings) and it can handle it gracefully. all my other apps run smoothly and as of now, there are no complaints.
                                        - Display: The 120hz is smooth and the image quality is great. The black borders are almost even, so for a mid-to-low-end phone not seeing uneven borders is a great plus.
                                        - Camera: good pictures in good light. It won't compare to high-end phones but it does produce good pictures overall.
                                        - Design: I got the black one (they call it blue) and it's quite stylish, it's made of plastic but I'm impressed by its look because I had little hope it would be any good, but I got pleasantly surprised by its design and hand on feel.
                                        - Audio: Normal audio from my experience, first time using a phone with stereo speakers, so it is quite loud (nothing beats earphones or speakers of course)
