Not developed it themselves. What do they have to do with Motorola from 1969? Apart from ripping-off Italian-sounding brand-names.

    motorola was the first to make possible a conection between earth and the moon in 1969...where wre Nokia and Siemens ?

    BTW motorola still has it´s division in place in Chicago, were Siemens mobile is extinct and Nokia mobile now belgons to a start up HMD....Motorola was the only big brand that somehow managed to survive....

Oh and Marconi I'd think for pioneering wireless communications. Not forgetting IBM for first using it for mobile phone communication. And GSM. The European Standard Invention, first used on Siemens and Nokia. Nokia = the true grandaddy of smartphones by making the first camera phone. Yer Motorola may have made the brick phone available. But we have Nokia and Europe to thank for Smartphones and GSM.

                            It´s not a bad phone more interesting than the gigantic G9 Plus.

                            Still if you can find the G8 Power it´s a much better deal

                              48MP behind f/1.7 sounds good but what about lens and how many lenses?

Motorola man, t... moreWell, when talking about Motorola, we're talking about Lenovo these days. Not much left of what once was Motorola... Also, heritage doesn't mean this particular phone is good. I'm not saying it's bad either, I'm rather interested actually!

                                    Also, the comment about Nokia era? Nokia overtook Motorola to become the biggest selling mobile phone brand in 1998. Motorola sales fell before Nokia, and eventually both got run over by Apple and Samsung. Those are the ones that ended the Nokia era. Motorola was pretty much in the same boat with Nokia, and both are now only brand names used by other companies.
