Everyone grow up, the chipset is fine, the RAM is fine, it will be useable for YEARS with both the actual issue is that this is the "Plus" flagship "G" and it's missing basic hardware like a compass when last years G8 Plus had it, I'd say 'what are Motorola thinking' but it's just disappointing now how they make phones that are close to being 'perfect' for a good price but then just ruin them

Almost 10 mm THICC and outdated chipset cmon what are you doing and for that price you have like 90% better phones from xiaomi etc .

I was saying the ... moreYeah, I read and UNDERSTOOD it properly. And it was you who was comparing 4GB RAM of iPhone with that of an Android.
And 4GB of RAM is JUST sufficient to do simple multitasking. You can't do heavy tasks, or you have have to sacrifice multitasking aspect.
And for a brand that promises only 1 major upgrade, buying an overpriced piece of sh!t with ONLY 4GB of RAM, is worthless. I'm no fanboy, but still, this phone deserves criticism

And everyone knows what happened to Motorola after being sold to Lenovo. And their employees can handle what they are paid to. And funding is in hands of Lenovo. Most importantly, it's Lenovo that enjoys the profit, not the employees.
And JLR? Even Tata is looking for a partner to run that brand.

Moto coming back !
I think Moto need to change now like other smartphone brand like Xiomi and Real me.
Everyone needs good camera , performance, speed ,big bettery with fast charging support, balance weight distribution, specially for indians (Navic system) and all the sensor which others company provides in lower prices segment phone also.
They need to work on it.
Change according to user demand through which your satisfy.

Obviously you don't know what this means and you've never seen a western company being run by Chinese or indian capital like Motorola Mobility or JLR. You should listen to your own advice.

Why they aren't using Sony IMX Sesors just like that they used in their masterpiece phone Moto g2 & g5 plus. Why they are going down in camera segment. i saw moto fusion plus full zoom & moto g2 full zoom. moto g2 is winner & fusion plus is worst. i was very happy of moto comeback but after watching the camera performance of fusion plus i am very highly disappointed. #RIPMoto

It has a better camera, WLAN, and is a little bigger. I have a G8 now but I don't think this makes the case for an upgrade.

I own moto g5s plus and my experience with the device is pretty awesome till today but.... The company motorola has very poor after sale service . You buy a great phone and if unexpectedly it got some issues and if you go to moto owned service centres they'll show you different stars. In short dont buy moto phones unless it is value for buck
