Its batteries drains within 5 hrs ,so how I want to downgrade lollipop to kitkat

It also does not shows the system ringtones...only shows external SD tunes and after setting this it can't play

Sorry to hear about the time that you experienced with Motorola. Even I was being suffered by the same that you went through but the issue with my phone was little different. It was charging issue. After submitting my phone to the servicing centre I got it back after 25 days.
But during this period I was in touch with the service centre and the customer care of Motorola as well. I suggest you to be in touch with Motorola Customer Care constantly until unless you are getting back your phone into your hand.
Just suggested to do that and hope to have your phone in your hand soon.

I am also a user of Moto g 2nd gen i have tried couple of call recording app but call recorder app but non of them are supporting can any one suggest me which app to be installed?

I am looking for a reasonably priced smartphone, and while the Moto G is a bit over my budget, with a bit of planning, might buy it.
I will be primarily using the following apps:
- Whatsapp
- Waze
- Facebook/Messenger
- MapMyWalk
- Gmail
- Chrome
- Twitter
I already have a 7" Tab 2 using the above apps, and the odd game. There are other apps, but those are the main ones I can think of for now.

It occupy whole ram and then work smoothly... becz of that ur background work lost...

I bought a MOTO G II Gen in November 2014.
One day suddenly it got hanged. I took it to Motorola Service Station Kanpur where they replaced the mother board and in doing it they took more thsn a month. As I got it I founf that it's TOICH wasn't working properly. So I had to give it back to Service Station again.. Now Three and half months have passed and every week I get the same response that I have to wait for another week.
IF YOU CAN BEAR SUCH THE WORST AFTER SELL SERVICE you may go for Motorola.

It charges pretty fast too but charges slowly when watching videos. It heats up when you use the phone for extended periods of time with the screen on. However I really enjoy my moto g though.

Worst experience.. Phone turns into speaker mode automatically. No response for complaint. Voice quality not clear. Flipkart response to complaint, contact service center. Problem from the day one and kill the time in responding after one month problem transfer to service center as replacement warranty over
