Amit Mondal., 16 Jan 2015When come lolipopupdate file for manual updating is av liable at XDA forums. please check the link in the previous post. Just download the zip file in your pc and paste into your phone memory and check for updates in 'system update'/ the file will be automatically detected by phone and installed. My Moto G is now running 5.0.2

Be calm. Still they are trying to give lollipop through OTA. SO DO not download any Lollipop software from any web sites. It may harm and cause prob to your phone. Me too waiting to taste the lollipop. But still I saw in mobile "Your device software is up to date"

[deleted post]That's if you don't know how use the phone.. If u want the phone 2 function like a awesome phone should.. Remove all the background running apps.. BTW I tested the overall features of this phone and found that it's better than all the phones listed there..

i got the proudct on 15/01/2015 facing following problems from day first :
1. Screen at top left corner is not proper means there is a lack of density of pixel
2. left side of phone is faint than other right side when i view the phone on full black wallpaper.
3. battery drains early.

As per news Motorola have specified that Moto G2 phones with IMEI numbers starting with '3533' might be 'incapable of connecting to the network right now because of a programming error . Can any body have phone with IMEI with 3533 & any network problem.
