Hi Friends,
I have been using moto g2 from last 1 week. I am really disappoint with the battery backup. I am not sure whether there is a problem in my device .
It not even stands for 12 hours if i use internet. I am feeling ok and its give me 24 - 36 hours if i not use the internet.
If i use internet for 15-30 minutes 10% of battery drains.
Please friends please advise me. Whether its capacity is like this or i have problem in my device ?

install motorola update services from Play store to get Lollipop android l upadate on Moto G

I would suggest this is the best phone in the price range if 15k ...I don't know the people complaining about this phone ...its a great phone ...no doubt delayed lollipop update but still its going to get lollipop update ...also there are some ppl of other co ..who are making fake comments about this device I would suggest to watch the review of this phone on youtube

One of the worst mobile phone the service of motorola is the worst than the Chinese mobile after sales service the most un supportive service centers worst tele suppoters, i purchased this mobile on the day of launch
within a week the phone started becoming hot like heater
after complaint it was rectified then within 25 days the charger got spoilt it was replaced within 60 days the phone was dead on 22 i gave it to service center till now nothing has happened thanks to motorala for showing me hell as a gift for purchasing a motorola 2nd gen mobile phone..

niraj, 08 Jan 2015its suck ph. hangs toooo much. very wrosty camera. frnt cam... moreyes. . its very wrost ph.very very hangy. poor old spec.old sd 400 cortex a7 only. battery not charging i dnt knw why. .its also faulty device. poor quality headphones. even light sencr not work. better buy grand prime. new spec new look and way faster then crap g2.

I bought moto g 2nd gen 20 days back. Suddenly yesterday it stopped getting charged. I tried with other chargers also but no use. Then to save battery I switched it off. When I switch on it again, it started getting charged. I don't know what is the problem. Is anyone got this problem vth moto g 2nd gen? I don't know whether I ve to return this product back r else I can continue with this?

Had the 1st gen for about a year and I haven't came across any problems it works perfectly fine, runs fast, has decent battery life.
Therefor I bought myself the 2nd gen because it seemed to be a pretty nice one and I think I would have made a big mistake if I didn't buy one for £125! Ridiculously cheep great budget phone. I mean it would be but I must say that im kinda disappointed as I keep coming across new problems by the time I use it.
My first kinda big issue was with the camera. 6mp at 16:9 8mp at 4:3 resolution is not too bad but the focusing is the worst i have experienced with a mobile device. It works sloppy and won't focuse up any close objects unlikely to the 1st gen which did ok at that.
Mooving on to battery, the life of the 2nd gen dropped significantly and it often overheats. With the 1st gen i was able to get through a whole day without charging while as with the 2nd gen i couldn't do that if i didn't have a portable charger in addition.
My newest discovery is the audio. The stereo speakers sound a lot better than than the 1st gen's solo one. Hovever on my 2nd gen the audio is not as clear as it used to be when i started to use it, but wait for it, the best is yet to come. Either if I insert a 3.5mm audio cable or a headphone, I can actually still hear the sounds coming from the stereo speakers while wearing headphones. From the top one to be specific. Its not really loud at full volume but it can be heared clear in a quiet environment. If I didn't play my music first and than put my headphones on I would still be completly unaware of this.
I don't know if its just with me or anyone else had the same problems listed above but it disappointed me bad as I expected a lot more from this device. Really hope that The Moto X has none of these stupid issues as I'm hoping to upgrade to that.
