very very bad phone i ever used.. all time it will stuck , within 6 months my both sim slot are not working, no battery pick up..!!! i paid 600 to repaire sim card problem den also within 15 days again same problem...!!!!

I bought moto G 2nd gen. about 3 weeks ago though it is a very good phone, the network is always on EDGE no sign of 3G network

My aunt send me moto g phone from chicago, I'm from Philippines. and after a month when I used it logo has been stuck and they said that it needs to be reformat. I went to the technician and until now phone is not okay. technician says system of moto g is not already available here in phil :(

It has no file manager,, direct sound record,, etc.heating up the battery very quickly.... and hanging up frequently...

i am user of moto g2 from january 2015 and it is working nicely. i received a message two days ago for upgradation to new android version and opted for upgradation. version was upgraded. i am facing new problem since then. i cannot hear voice calls as was used prior to upgradation. I am facing the same trouble both for incoming and out going calls. i tried to use ear phones and succeeded to hear calls. i dont know as to why this type of problem in my mobile. i request the experts to kindly help me in this regard.

worst sim case inside i changed twice this pins inside is holding sim cards inside if they are taken out the sim-pins are damaging inside and getting heat

Phone han... moretry a hard reset, usually most users just update phone software but don't reset . it is recommended that after a major software update like from lollipop to Marshmallow everyone should try a hard reset or reset at least midrange phones require a reset to perform better.. so I recommend every user who is facing problem after software update just try a hard reset this might help lot of users .. hope it helps.

After update to marshmalow review:
Negative:
1. Phone hangs frequently
2. Messaging app works very slow. Even after you read the message it takes long time to make it read
3. Heats a lot compared to before becoz of hanging
4. Switching of apps will refresh and makes reload again (ex, while making payments, reading message and making payment is become more difficult).

Problem with moto g is that phone switches off in middle of conversation & when switched on again there is no trace of the call. Also when making call phone displays " call not sent" & freezes. Only way to unfreeze is to power off & start over. Very disappointed after reading good reviews of the phone.. All Motorola can say is to go to factory settings. Doesnt improve things. Very poor service. Advise against this phone

please dont upgrade your moto g2 to 6.0 right from day 1 I m facing so many challenges.. it is displaying Android is starting for more than half an hour. but no changes,.,., so please dont update. lollypop is the best but this one doesnt suit moto g2
