updated my moto g xt 1068 to android marshmallow 6.0, when connected to pc, i can view both internal and external folders but i can only see the files of internal memory but external seems to be blank, please help with possible solutions. Thanks in advance :)

am using moto g2 for last six months...i only face battery problem....now new updation has come but i cant download it.......i have a strong wifi network..any suggestions for me regarding this.....

Nash, 13 Feb 2016When I bought moto G(2 gen), i thought it would be one of t... morebro i recommend u to update ur device to latest Android M and try a hard reset, battery and general performance has been improved seconds its has a 2070mah battery so don't expect a great battery life.. hope it help

AnonD-499633, 11 Feb 2016Am Upgrade the Android 6 today after update my mobile resta... morehi i suggest u to try a hard reset just eject ur sd card and try a hard - power off phone and press & hold volume down+ power button at same time and release after 5 seconds a menu press vol down key and select recovery option by pressing vol up key the phone will boot and u will see a black no command screen then press vol up + power at a same time this part is tricky might take sometime after that clear caches and do a factory reset and after that reboot now option .. hope it help

When I bought moto G(2 gen), i thought it would be one of the best phones in the market. But i realised later that the battery life of this phone sucks after 6 months. also, occassional heating problems. And one fine day, its software crashed!!! I lost all mydata because of this. There are much better phones available in the market. I lost trust in Moto!

After update to marshmallow ,,there is one problem in receiving and calling ,, unable to hear voice,,,than I have to restart phone,,, happened 2-3 times ,,,,any helps

Am Upgrade the Android 6 today after update my mobile restart again and again then mobile also Hanging randomly , so kindly help my problems.., if am doing Any reset my mobile data's are lose or not conform..,

MotoG2 sucks... I returned it twice cause of overheat issue, still received the product with the same issue.. trust me once you will increase the brightness to 1 or 2 with 10 minutes you can use it like a heating pad... and in winters you can increase the brightness to full and keep your blanket warm. Not a good battery backup.. its being 6 months now, it hangs like it don't want to start . Don't buy the product, go for something else.

now my mobile is not charging . i gave this mobile to service center they told that it soft ware corrupt. after that also it is not charging . there is not enough service center also . i have struct with that.
