@pravallika- Hey I too had the same problem, but when I call customer care they told me to hard reset the phone.

rishav, 18 Sep 2014yes it supports i use skype in moto g2 for video callingthanks rishav.But my Q is video call means direct video call instead of video call from skype or another app.

AnonD-309129, 18 Sep 2014unfortunately application stopped - Google Play Musicgoogle play music, i didnt encounter such prob but ya sometimes my play store crash, but its too rarw so i avoid it.... try hard reset, if problem still occur try contacting customer care....

Guys , I am using this mob since last week
Encountered an issue yesterday night
I wasn not able to make call or receive calls I mean call voice going through but I couldnt hear the ring tone nor hear the other person voice when I answer, after switching it and on, it was fine
and when i played songs via bluetooth received files, the songs paused (thou it was playing) after i increased volume i heard it
pls let me know what can I do, I bought this in flipkart last week.

AnonD-308770, 18 Sep 2014does zenfone 5 lasted for 12 hrs by continous HD gaming?well actually not coz its with my sis at office she had urgent calls and sms in that but she charge her phone at morning when i wake than charge again at night but not full for sometime... so u can say normal usage like, 3G and whatsapp and ya sometimes subway surfer type games..

1. Looks:-
Moto G2 is a clear winner here as it gives a geniune and permium look as compared to zenfone 5. The display quality in sun is alot better of moto G2 compared to zenfone 5. Plus rubber matte back finish gives good grip to G2.
2. Performance:-
Firstly i would like to tell m game freak... I tried alomost 90% HD games from playstore and i didnt find any lagg in any game except subway surfer, idk if its bug of subway surfer, but when game starts, it lag/freeze for 1 sec but after few time of gameplay the game runs smoothly... Other games didn't found any such issues... while i tries a slight fps drop in asus zenfone while playing HD games like morden combat 5, wild blood... so i can say performance wise G2 gives good result... as per 1 GB ram no worries, i didnt found lagg or freeze in UI of G2 1% also..
3. Camera:-
Firstly pple who complaining cam of G2 is bad, i guess u guys are new to android, go to setting and choose 8MP setting.. the cam result of G2 is far more awesome than zenfone 5.. my sis used to click pic of samples for office work and she always use my G2 for it inspite of her Zenfone 5, so i guess no need of more comment on it..
4. Batterybackup:-
Here a zenfone 5 is a clear winner, my G2 last 5 hrs but told ya m gaming freak, and my sis zenfone last 12hrs so i guess zenfone 5 guves approx. double backup than G2...
