You have to switch on developer options in settings>device>build number ,on this tap 7 times and see developer options then proceed steps.

Whenever I connect USB OTG cable...the phone is not able to read it. Even the connection to computer/laptop is not responding. Please help me with any suggestions/solutions.
The USB charging socket is all okay.

I using moto G2 last six months. 3gnetwork is very power if using smae subscriber same place two phone one is moto g2 second other brand so moto g is working on E other is working on 3g many time I check and battery backup is very bad if I'm using net backup is 2to 3 hours only. I log completed many time on motorola tol free no but dont take action user is responsible only. Service is very bad do no perched Motorola

This is the most dumbest phone i have used. One day i was out wid my friends and i have taken a lot of pics and 2 videos of 5 min and then the mobile was not heating. After i have reached my home i tried to open my mobile but is not opening and when i visited service center thet have said that mother board smashed away and costs 6500 rs. No warranty for that and i have lost all my memories. Dumbest phone ever
