Its due to there is lag in google play music app, So I disabled it and I install music player. And what happened after that there is never problem of no sound during call...so I suggest you to disable Google play music and install some other music player.

this is the worst cell phone because after sometime it's touchscreen will not work properly . there are so many reason which will not reliable for customer. first one is touchscreen , second one is heating problem.

I have purchased this mobile 6 months back. For the first 3 months it was good but now the performance of the mobile is too worst. Battery life decreased, mobile performance is too bad, regularly getting hanged. At times.,I am am not able to dial a call.
I suggest not to buy this mobile at all.

i buy this mobile in july , after three month of use i got heating problem in my mobile and not satisfy by mobile specification now as same specification are in other low price mobile as compare to this. now i want to get moto g3 by replacing this. what should i do now?

Damnnn hopeless phone...whenever call comes or I make a call certainly..I can't hear the voice ...have to restart my phne thn I have to make a call to check if its working... Plz sumone give a solution its hardly 4 months I purchased it.

Hopeless phone. Donn't buy and waste your money. I have purchased the phone in Dec 2014 and the phone was with the service centre for almost three months. And about the service, it's not worth mentioning.

I was intially sold to it due to the over enthusiastic reviewers. All these sites highly commended it for its pure experience and value for money. I wish these reviewers would also do a long-term review for smartphones after 3 or 4 months.The software update is also Very slow. The battery goes down like crazy. If i leave it in standby with 100% the battery can be down to anywhere between 80 to 65% after 7hrs!! One wonders why should moto maufacture such a piece of crap. Initially i was interested in Moto X, however now iam very cautious of Moto brand, call it, Once bitten twice shy!!

Even then if you switch on 3G data, thats the end. It hangs in mid air. Coming from Nexus5 its a nightmare to live with this. As soon as the nexus6p is available, i have to flush this down the drain.

This could be the worst phone that money could buy. It was sane for hardly 1 month and then its hangover started. The phone literally stutters even upto a minute to make a simple phone call and at times its unable to do. When such a situation happens the only way is to completely restart it.
