Seems, Sagar is Marketing head for Moto G2.
I have Moto G which is perfectly working and satisfied and yes, I heard the same complaints from my friend / colleagues about the defects of this done.
Earlier, few were acting like Nokia owners and dwe are all knew where is Nokia is...
Please discuss / share only about your experience not like a representative of the brand.

How come a phone with 2000mah battery could take 6hrs to charge??
Even with motorola charger it charges under 3-3.5 hrs at max.
And if you use any phone in excess it would surely discomfort you

And customer service of filpkart is now worst ..its true 100%

I purchased 45 days back. From my experience, this is not a good phone. It will take minimum 6 hours to charge the battery fully. Also, I feel discomfort with my ears and chest while using this phone.

You Grand Prime Troller.. My Motorola has'nt had had any problems even though I used it in rough use for 10 months now I have bought this just day after it's release.. So please don't make false claims.. I don't know what you get by doing this.. I love this phone.. And the next phone I'll have is a Motorola phone!

I purchased this phone two weeks ago. At the beginning I thought it was a great phone (good speed, great screen quality, great camera quality) until the day I had to use Waze. This piece of crap isn't able to hold the GPS signal for more than 1 minute, and it took another 30 seconds (or more) to recover it, so if you are lost in a city and you need a driving assistance, this phone is the worst!... As a guarantee replacement I got a new one yesterday, and guess what... it also has the same GPS problem!!!.... I was used to the excellent GPS signal quality of my old Samsung S3 Mini, so this phone was really a disappointment.... I'm thinking in upgrading to Lollipop 5.1, just to see if the GPS problem is fixed (the phone current OS is KitKat 4.4.4), but after reading your comments I'm not sure if it is a good idea...

Secondly i don't think you would need a service centre as the phone hasn't created any problem for me from 9 months.

Faulty phone after using it for 3 weeks! Motorola warranty service is just terrible, at least here in Brazil. They are top most complained phone brand in PROCON (a public consumer protection entity). First and for sure last experience with this company.
