Phone recently repaired by Motorola ,since repair volume will not increase,hopless ,cannot hear person speaking,unable to increase volume ,phone is under warranty until April 2017

My phone is 2 years old. It works well. It upgraded itself to Android 6.

I'm happy with the phone. My first Android phone. The photos and features are better than most phones. If you do buy this model second-hand, make sure the previous owner has removed it from their Google and Motorola accounts, or you can't use it, after a clean reset. I noticed three totally pointless comments here. Maybe they could learn to speak English, before posting and even post something worth reading.

dnt buy this phone ..... u will get f* up when all of a sudden it will show problems like notification bar wont come down... u will hv no idea why nobody is calling u but the thing is ur phne has fucked up thts why n u will come to knw tht only aftr few days....whoever u a dnt buy this phone

I update marshmallow on my Moto g2 in few days before still it works very well as compare to lollipop..

Moto G (2nd gen)is now useless.within 2 years 2G became 4G. Give suggestions.

Solution for lags, install Radium Redefined Marshmallow ROM from XDA, then install Greenify from the Play Store to hibernate apps consuming battery, RAM and processing power in the background, Facebook+Messenger for example hogs all of your phone's memory.

My H+ speeds are reaching ~30MB down and ~7MB up, is that even possible on H+?

I think Moto G2 is the good speaker phone. But I feel very lag it sometimes. and I lost my picture quality. I buy this phone2 years back. It's my pet. But..Soo laaggy

The wrost mobile ever i had seen. Too much laging when using every app specially in crome.no support heavy game.even using when charging it going to very hot. Actually it doesn't support update of android like lollipop and marshmallow hence cheap Ram and rom then why company offer the updates.i m going very disappointed from this phone..

Guys now my phone is working well lag free just do the factory reset... And remember to take backup of ur internal memory ...now the smoothness has increased and RAM usage has increased hope it would solve ur problem...and use doze app to save more battery...hope kt would solve ur problems...

The phone was working well for the first year,but its performance degraded exponentially once days went on. Every day i almost have this phone broken out of frustration. Hangs a lotttttt. Its incapable of supporting heavy games. Very poor touch response. Cheap device in terms quality.
