I bought moto g2 in the month of Feb now I'm facing the problem of heat from the phone.I don't play games in mobile.even k don't use any unwanted apps still its getting heated.what to do

There is no lag after... moreI can't able to play gales like (Frontline commando ,Gta voice city,))Its showing that Unfortunately Game has stopped..I am a heavy gamer so its very irritating fir me.If anybody have a suggestion than pls reply.... pls((I am using L version))..

I am using this smartphone from 6-7 months ,it is a great smartphone but i will guide you not to upgrade it to lollipop because after the update it will become more laggy and will heat much more than before.

I bought moto g2 before 3 months
Regularly i used to charge my mobile for the whole night.
But last week,when i woke up i saw ma mobile switched off when i opened my back panel,my battery was completely wet,in service centre they told its leakage from battery but it wont come under warranty.
Now my moto g2 is in dustbin.
Please keep it safe
Its battery is not good
And after a year it will definitely become dead slow.
Becas my friends are experiencing that :(

mobile phone is gud, but cant able to record the music while FM is on, and battery back up is tooooo low compared to RED-MI Mobile,and head phone(ear phone)is lik china handset. also they are not giving USB cable....

Its just 5-6 months nd i having such problems phone cam blur during clicking pics memory card doesn't supports nd now my moto g 2 ear phone is not supporting dun knw till year wht complications i hv to face ahead Samsung is much better than moto i ll say.....

Hi,
Just bought this phone this march and by experience, here's what I can say.
Pros:
-performance is good
-display is good
-front facing speaker
-minor lag
Cons:
-Overheating
-Accessories broke easily(charger)
Support here in Philippines sucks, they don't have any parts/accessories to replace defective accessories.

hussain, 13 Apr 2015i have also same problem of heating and one more is battery... moreI also got the same problem when I bought Galaxy Grand , battery drained very fast ... So I changed the charger and was amazed to see the battery life now . I think shud also change your charger. It may help you.

Anonymous, 13 Apr 2015i am a dedicated user of MOTO E.....i have one major proble... more depends on what type of apps are you using. If the device is overloaded with apps then problems are very obvious. moto e has just 4gb of internal memory out of which around 2 gb is available. It is very necessary to have some free ram and free internal memory. If your device is running out of even one of them then definitely device will show problems. so check properly if you are having such a problem and if it is so then reformat the device and re- install only those apps which you actually need. This will definitely resolve the issue.

Very low efficiency of battery. Very good camera resolution.The phone is working good.
