I have had this phone for 2 years, the first year this phone was good as gold I loved this phone and then in the second year, it all went downhill from there. The first thing was that I lost my lock screen, like it completely vanished, so I had to install a new one, second of all my notifications went completely and I still don't have them and the last thing is two inbuilt buttons don't work, (the circle button which is the home button and the square)I find that this is absolutely atrocious and this phone used to be amazing now it's lost it's reputation, and so has Motorola

The glass is made of poor quality. It has broken and the cost of repair is Rs.5250.00

I m using this mobile from last 2 years. Always there was an issue with charger. During warranty once i repaired once free of cost, after some it is again unserviceable and not able to charge it from ordinary charger. I m fed up with the charger, original charger is not available in market and have to dump this mobile.

As for me I've not face with this handset but I've had similar experiences with my earlier phone. Because I'm more careful I don't have such problem anymore

Even uninstall ones leaves behind cache files and this turn into junk which lastly stays in your phone and slows your phone down. So whar i would suggest you format your phone once. Regarding the camera issue, it could be hardware problem from dropping your phone. Also make sure that you haven't done any modification to your phone. Sometimes mishandling is the cause of malfunction rather than the phone itself

I have using this phone for past 1yr I had the problem facing the mobile heat issue when I bought the mobile at first now i put the back cover shock proof case costRs.325 now I doesn't realise the heat of my mobile, all the lot android mobiles got heat because of the RAM working continuously, but I have another problem my SD card slot doest notw works properly some time need to switch off and on the mobile, not for some times many times, in this mobile 2 problems only 1.Not enough Battery capacity, 2.SD card problem. And now latest problem is one day I inserted the Nano SIM in stuck inside I went to service centre in Vellore Vigix Centre I think the opend my display to repair the SIM slot at that time the heated with the heater to open my mobile display I think they heated so much after I get back to home form service centre I caused the Display problem if I open Camera anyother folder I can see the in top Black shaded caused and tower range and clock timing also lightly showing in all folders this problem and Receiver Mic problems happed after I went to Free service, so don't go to service for FREE.

worst customer service in motorola lenovo! mobile signal board damaged earlier compare to other brands! 60% cost it take of mobile original rate to service & free service not covered of this IC.. guys beware of lenovo... recent phone have tracker chips...

Using almost a bit over 1yr. But the problem with it is the phone battery is getting too heated up.
And the other problem is that the contact list is getting copied, i. e., a single contact is getting copied 2-3 times.
Can any1 help...??

moto is good smartphone because bad service my speakar is not working. Speaker is reaper se 3thousand now i buy a new phone 3thousand only.

I've been using the Moto G3 for over two years now with no problems; it's been a great phone for my needs (texting, fb, messenger, photo, video). Great camera, good battery life, no extra apps. My only complaint is that even though it is 'expandable; with a micro SD card, Android does not allow apps to be moved to SD storage, even when formatted as internal. Only photos & videos can be stored and default apps cannot be deleted, only disabled. What does this mean? Very low storage space! I was only able to upload 4 apps before running out of room. :(

In November I purchased this phone from staples and I've had nothing but problems with it.
It has uninstalled apps that I installed on it multiple times, it refused to use the micro SD card that I put into it and I had to reformat the card on it to be able to use it (lost all of my music and photos, including important photos of loved ones that I wanted to keep) and also the phone refused to let me put files onto it from a computer. Not to mention I also only have 6 hours of battery life on any given day.
It's only benefit over a flip phone is that it has a full keyboard (that sometimes has to be opened and closed five times to use)

I have had a Moto G1 found it was a really good phone and bought a Moto G2 for my wife which was also a good phone on low buget costs .
I then upgraded my G1 for a Moto G3 on Lolipop android 5.0.1 and it seemed ok as it's predessesors.
But when it up graded to Marshmellow andriod 6.0.1, things started to go wrong so much so as I want to get shut of it.
I am half way through my contract so upgrade is not so easy without financial layout.
Very disapointed with Moto G 3 after upgrade to Marshmellow. Several returns to network operator and contacts to Motorola support with 3 factory resets and deleting apps on phone to increase memory and SD card fitted did nothing for the performance of this phone and its constant freezing of apps and screen blanking out.
Also found the battery discharge quickly .
I was so naft off with this phone I am now looking at other manufacturers specs to find a suitable replacement.
May be I'm just unlucky with this phone but I expected better from Motorola.
Don't this motorola's support is as good since Lenovo took them over. As had a major software issue with a motorola cctv which also had software issues return it after 12 months for refund as they could not get software bugs fixed.

Battery life, 04 Apr 2017How long does the battery last?!?!?!I've had this phone for over a year now and have not any major problems with it, and it's been extremely reliable... Providing you're not a person who lives on your phone ever second of the day, you'll easily get an 8 hour day out of the battery, and a bit longer if you have battery saver enabled...
