Very bad experience with moto service centre and customer care.......prob not resolved even after repairing...... Will not recommend moto to anyone......also avoid moto since its having inbuilt battery....a simple battery replacement service charge is sky high....moto seems to earn huge money in servicing

akki, 09 Sep 2015cn u suggest me about moto g in my personal expirience motorolla all phns ar faulty. horrible wrost products. yes if u die hard moto fan then sure go for it. and suffer hanging heating. restart automaticaly. .poor frnt camera like vga. .and dont listen those moto fan guys

superb phone . i was using iphone 6 but not satisfied with that but moto g was comparatively very best phone as compared to iphone 6

If you do order a unit, check the screen and handset for any defects. Otherwise enjoy it when it arrives! :)

I haven't experienced any of the heating issues as described by other users, but I hope there is a fix for you guys. I really like the manual lighting option for the camera, but for some strange reason Google Camera (separate app) always crashes when I try to enter the settings using this handset. The stock camera is good enough for me though.

2. Again, what is going on prior to it restarting. Six times a day sounds fishy.
3. Poor battery, please explain. Fake front camera? Perhaps yours just doesn't work.
4. Totally horrible phone...from your user perspective. Again are you certain you're using a Moto G 3rd gen?
5. The word is "lose" not loose. We lose or misplace items. Rope and bindings can become loose (not secured tightly).

VNC, 09 Sep 2015You have dead pixels on your mobile screen it seems, better... moreIts not a dead pixel because its visible only when i place the screen in certain position or according to the direction of light and esp sunlight and outside i can see it even when my device is completely turned off, it seems to be some design from the inner of glass but i am not sure about that. while using indoor its not visible.

kumar, 09 Sep 2015dont buy it. its heats up. hang alot. restart 6 time in a d... morewell it does seem to heat a bit, esp while using camera for a long duration and even more if you are using while charging and i am not sure about the battery backup because i haven't checked yet but it should get you through the day. Its good in handling multitasking. I played Asphalt 8 and then nova 3 Freedom Edition and it did run properly but yes you will find some lag here and there while playing but its very much playable. Rest everything is good. Its a decent budget phone.
