kiran, 21 Aug 2015its common, Don't worried It really isn't common. IPS LCD displays don't have this issue in common.

Storage - 10/10 (otg supported)
Size - 10/10
Connectivity - 9/10
Ipx7 certified - 10 /10 (I kept it for 1 hour under water still working as it was before )
Speakers and call quality - 8.1/10
Display - 7/10 (reds are no more red )
Mic and noise cancellation technology - 10/10
Volume rockers and power buttons - 9/10
Quick charging technology - 9/10
Rear camera - 6/10 (believe me folks to much noise in low light and a massive problem with autofocus )
Front facing or selfie camera - 8/10 (satisfying but its not an 5mp camera)
All over - 8.9.9 / 10
So the only deal breaker or the drawback is the camera
Please Motorola don't cheat your customer !
Anyways if you wanna use stock android operating system with no lags and butter smooth speed and quick response then blindly go for it . this can be a life changer deal for you.

After watching a 2 hour movie and streaming 720p video from youtube this thing still has 73% battery left. It barely gets warm and feels great in my hands. This IPS screen is not as good as my Alcatel Idol X but it is good nonetheless. Love that it is waterproof - I don't have to worry about taking pictures in the rain. I got it as a free upgrade to my Idol X so I have no complaints, but many praises for the Moto G3.

I could see some vertical square lines on the screen of moto gen 3 when viewed in bright sunlight otherwise it is not visible.
Is this common in IPS display or it is a hardware fault?

HI Bought my MOTO G today.It is giving heat. I just saw 20-30mins video in you tube and it started like a frying pan.Please don't buy MOTO g 3rd generation.When i checked with flipkart they said they cant do anything they are only retailers and refund or replacement is not possible.
MOTO G is giving so much heating issue. Please dont buy.
Tip : Once you get any handset please keep it charging for atleast 8hrs continuously with mobile turned off.I am ready to speak to anyone and if atleat i can save 5 people not to buy MOTO G 3rd Gen i would be happy taking revenge against them
