I will share that trick here to save everybody who want to use Standalone 5G / Jio 5g (SA) on moto g 5g.
Open myjio app then chat with customer care (real human) , or call cust care, tell him that you buy moto g 5g from usa & tell him you used SA 5G JIO 5G previously.
Request him to activate jio 5g tower on your jio sim.
Or otherwise activate jio 5g welcome offer with redme poco 5g, your neighbour, friend phones. when 5g tower coming in your friend phone in ur sim.
Next step put sim to ur phone. Then
*#*#4636#*# then phone info then select NR/LTE.

i activated unlimited jio 5g welcome offer from my brother's realme 5g phone.
after 5g activated in my jio sim, than i put jio sim in moto g 5g. And going here (*#*#4636#*#) then in phone info i select NR only. & viola it works.
after getting jio 5g full tower i change to( NR/LTE ) from here (*#*#4636#*#) & now i can use both JIO 5G AND JIO 4G. Speed is awesome 800-900mbps.

R Rao, 01 Jun 2024Yes Motorola Moto g 5G is only Airtel 5G supported & ... moreMoto G 5G supports Jio 5G. You have to activate 5G in jio sim with other 5g device or your friends family 5g device.Then go to phone info (#*4636) and select NR Only. You have to activate Jio 5G Forcefully to use jio 5g.

Only Airtel 5g suported Yes Motorola Moto g 5G is only Airtel 5G supported
& it does not support Jio True5G at all, I took new Jio Connection and I am duped by both the vendors Handset supplier and network supplier, & Jio is just waiting for me to buy a new 5G device using its weblinks, very funny at cost of customers. God Bless them all

Never given second OS upgrade but overall not a bad phone, clean, good UI/os and good hardware, reasonably good camera + overall user experience, so reasonably good phone in price range

When we purchased moto g5g then Lenovo promised for 2 updates but never given
2nd thing we purchased 5 g phone in January 2021 then why not OTA software released for my hand set upto now then company cheating costomer what happens why doing like this
