Performance is pretty bad. It takes a while to acknowledge my input and the phone is under no stress when this happens. Simple things like opening the camera app, or answering a call can be affected. It just freezes and you gotta wait it out for a couple of seconds - coming from a zippy OP3T, this was a major downgrade. I wish I could've replaced the battery in the old phone instead. Would not recommend this for anyone.

I see the prices for this, it's hilarious cause I over paid or got ripped off I paid over $500 for this phone from chatr.

Slow, have to touch screen multiple times to get it to work, can't turn down ringer without turning down notifications. This cell sucks!

so far so good, happy with the phone, like the speed and strength of the snapdragon processor, would have liked to have 5g and better launcher options , but for now i use the smart launcher versus the one it came with, would have liked to have nfc payment options and better signal strength.
i'm happy for the price, but regret not putting in more money for the tcl 20.
cannot cast to my tcl 32 inch tv, wich is a dissapointment for me.

I've had this phone for a while now and I've noticed that I can't even go a whole day without the battery dying.

Upgraded from a G7 Power. This phone is actually worse in many aspects.
Improved: Wifi. The previous phone only supported up to wifi G. Battery lasts slightly longer.
Worse: Camera crashes half the time. Fingerprint sensor rarely works for any of my fingers, but wiping the phone clean with a wet paper towel will sometimes unlock it. Opening apps that worked fine on the old phone will frequently hang and crash here. Selfie camera is placed in the corner where if you're using your phone landscape-style, it's covered... meaning that the light sensor doesn't work. Can't flip it to the other way, then the power button rests on the side of my finger and powers off.
I've actually been considering going back to the old phone, that's how frustrating this model is.

It's literally the best phone I've had so far the battery life span is amazing when I unplug it in the morning I won't have to worry about plugging it in again all day thank you Motorola for making such a good phone

This Is Literally The Best Phone I Have Owned From Motorola It's Fast, Has Great Battery Life, Great Camera And Solid Performance The Only Thing I Would Put In Is A 1080p Display Like Last Years Phone But Other Than That It's A Great Phone

Motorola phone is very very poor and bad because I am purchase a Motorola g9 power but not more than 6 months and the phone is every 5 minutes lack and display white shows so I prefer motorola is a bad company.

moto g power 2021 unlocked has defect/flaw when using sim that uses Verizon towers...... signal loss, resets, Motorola has no fix and not giving refunds exchanges too bad to all those who bought this phone

i can tell you that coming from the miserable pixel 3xl to the moto g power 2021 is a breath of fresh air. it works unlike the pixel. i'm so glad it was cheap. it does everything i need it to on the cheap. plus it's a well built phone. no probs so far and i've had it for a few months now.

Why ON EARTH did Motorola make a worse phone? It has a worse processor, worse screen, and the EXACT SAME battery. Aren't phones supposed to get better every year? The only thing they did well was the design.
