the volume on my phone has just stopped working and also the charging has a problem and I've had this phone for less than a year!

I bought moto g turbo on 21/2/2017. Its charger stop charging. I submitted it to service centre on 5/7/2017. But i have not received the charger after 25 days also . moto service is bad . moto company is cheater. This company does not provide good service to the customers about repair n replacement of motp mobiles. Don't buy mobile of this company. Otherwise u will regret.

riz, 19 Jun 2017its been a moth since i bought by turbo. It heats up like a... moreI've had the very same issue. My device restarts itself as soon as my display times out or when I locked the device. I forwarded this issue to customer care and they re-flashed the stocked rom but still the problem persists! I doubt this is motherboard faulty

Using Moto G Turbo XT1557 for a couple of weeks with no 3rd party apps installed but after a month the device start rebooting itself as soon as I lock the device or when my display times out. I forwarded this issue and the brilliant customer service could not solve the issue, they thought it's a software faulty, flashed! And the problem still persists.
For this reason I installed "Always On" app so my display won't go off and reboot itself.
Such a bad experience from Motorola oh! F**k Lenovo it is.
I ain't getting another Lenovo Moto ever again

moto g3 turbo is very bad phone because this phone is very high heating issue, low battery backup, and most of the bad service provided by service center so please do not purches this phone and any moto phone

It heats up like a... moreDo factory reset so your phone can clear internal storage like ad data, unwanted file, junk files etc. that hangs your phone and overheating your phone and don't install apps from outside install app from play store only.

It heats up like a... moreDonno why people have overheating issues, i have no issues except while gaming and charging simultaneously, i think u are on marshmellow, if ir warranty is over try using stable nogut custom roms, m using one of them and my phone works perfectly fine no heating issues and a great screen on time of 4 to 5 hours

try use sim from other carrier because week signal will force phone to gain more and heat up.
so far motorola quality is the best
