If you are a student and crazy about games then this 1 is for u...forget about the battery life becoz at the end of the day u are at home...plus provided with a turbo charger which gives u around 50% battery in just 30 min....heating might be an issue but does not heat that much...you get an instant cooling option by dropping it in a jar filled with water as it's water resistance...just kidding do it at your own risk..just go for it!!!

Anonymous, 24 Feb 2016The battery life is very badPeople are getting the Motog3 with the trusted,but slowish processor mixed-up with the Turbo with probably a faulty overheating processor.
People also think that charging with USB cable is one of the fastest method of charging when it is probably the slowest method of charging.

For example ask Google does the particular processor's model number overheats?
If the answer is yes, then don't buy the Turbo version, or any device that has any processor that overheats.

Rahul, 27 Feb 2016Should i buy this phone or notI don't have time to properly review the Motorola Moto G Turbo Edition, but if you don't have any idea of now to workout what should be the best phone you should buy I shall give you some tips:
This website is worldwide,and not just for the country that you are in.
I live in England the UK.
For example last year I purchased the Motorola Moto G 3rd Gen. 2015, Model No: XT1541, which in the USA would be XT1540, and in India you would get the cheaper and superior xt1550:
Verify using for example www.YouTube.CO.UK
One reason for purchasing the Moto G 3rd Gen. 2015, Model No: XT1541 UK version besides that buying Indian version that would have cost only about £120-£125 for a superior version (2 SIM cards, 2 Gb RAM 16 Gb ROM Earphones, and USB mains adapter) than UK version costing £209 Sterling so I only purchase the 1Gb RAM with 8Gb version, which if I purchased from Motorola UK I think would cost me at the time £179 - rip-off.
At the time, Motorola UK/Europe were boasting to me that they could charge whatever they want since then they have lowered their prices, far too little far too late: Probably due to the fact that they realised that their profits were loweredthen they otherwise would have been.
One reason why I didn't purchased a Moto X; Play or Style was because their processors despite being faster than the Motog3 XT1541 probably had overheating problems in any smartphones that contained them.
The only solutions when for example Intel have created a faulty processor that overheats is to either run it at a much slower speed, or the best method is to wait until for example Intel creates a processor that doesn't overheats.
People, are probably getting the Motog3 mixed-up with Moto G3rd Turbo XT1557.
The XT1557 probably contains one of the overheating faulty processor that people have forgotten about.
To be certain ask Google the question if the particular processor google

The battery is good. 2G heavy web browsing last for 12 hours while my Atrix last for 8 hours at most. Charged 100% with 2G standby overnight read 97% next morning. I do encounter a wifi bug which I m sure wifi was OFF. But it shows on the next morning that wifi dominate battery consumption lead to 73% remaining. Reboot fixes this. I keep app install minimum.

Pathetic battery backup after 20 days of use I called flipkart they said go to service centre if they said prob in phn we ll replace ... I did same BT battery backup is still same after service centre said a software issue is solved now it ll work fine ... Battery backup is not more than 5 hours on 3g and WiFi.. Worst phone by Motorola.. I used moto 1 2 & 3 now I had moto g3t ... BT this the worst phone don't buy it guys
