However it's more the display than the camera which is kinda bugging me.
A phone with beefy hardware means nothing if the software is buggy and not optimized.

I have been using the Moto X for about 7 months now. One thing I have learned is that a high end spec sheet and a good benchmark score doesnot mean your phone will perform well. The only thing that matters is how the phone performs and how happy you are with the performance of the phone. I am also using the Galaxy Note 3 which started lagging after 2 months in games like N.O.V.A., Dead Trigger 2 etc. and I can also feel a lag while swiping through the home screens. Although the lags are minor, I can feel it which shouldnot happen in such a high end phablet. The Moto X however, is as snappy as it was, when I first purchased it. It does not stutter or lag at all(Asphalt 8, Injustice, Riptide GP 2 etc run buttery smooth) even though it is cheaper than the Note 3. The Active display and touchless controls- Icing on the delicious cake..The 2200 mAh battery of the Moto X gives me a full day of heavy usage even with 3g connectivity. I am more than happy. The only dissapointing thing is the Camera which got improved when I upgraded the Camera software. I am also using the Lumia 1520 which is snappy as hell.
As for the new Moto X, It is a great upgrade to the old one, looks more premium. I saw people complaining about the 2300 mAh battery, no expandable storage and radio. Motorola has always been good with batteries and I am sure this phone is gonna give a good full day usage. It has turbo charging as well which will give you 8hrs of usage in a 30 minutes charge. As for the storage, Come on people! Just keep backing up the contents in a HDD if 32 gigs and 50 gigs of cloud storage are not enough for you(Sighs!). And as for the radio, Just install a third party software or if you are too lazy to do that and so obsessed about a radio, just buy a cheap Nokia phone. Jeh.. Kudos to Motorola. I am very happy with what you are doing. You have proved that a high spec sheet is of no value if the phone does not perform as per your expectations. Eager to buy the New Moto X..
Just a personal opinion from an Android lover. Buy a phone which makes you happy. Do not fall prey to a high end spec sheet. I hope you find this helpful.
Phones Used: Moto Razr V3i, Moto RokR E8 & E6, Note 2, Note 3, Moto X, HTC One X+, HTC One, LG G2, Lumia 1520 etc..

2.When Moto-g and Moto-e have Micro-sd slot why cant Moto-x have it(whats idea behind it)

Wish the Moto X had a micro sim slot like the Moto G. Other than that it looks like it is a great upgrade from last years model. If I had the money I would buy the Moto X. I may buy last years Moto G LTE because I have great speeds with my carrier.
