I ordered one here in Germany on 18th August one hour after Motorola sent email that it is avialable in the Moto Maker shop. ETA 28th. Eager to see what it is like.

Moto x play or desire eye?
Want to buy a phone for the next two years which will be better
Moto x style sounds better than both but the QuadHD screen makes me not sure about battery life.

I prefer MotoX Play over MotoX Style because except 4k video other extra features of Style is not useful(like not everyday).
what use can we have for a front camera with slow-mo video?
also Play has increased battery life and it is coming to India for Rs. 20,000

Can't believe these companies like Motorola and Sony employ so many idiots that they can't actually provide a release date for a phone. As much as I dislike Apple, it's the one thing they get right.

Motorola Facebook page replied me on availability in India query that " currently we do not have any updates to give regarding your query. We would request you to please stay tuned for more information."
So might be they just don't have to leak any information
