My MOTO X PLAY was fine for 2 months and then it started dialing all international random numbers automatically. retail outlets couldnt fix the problem neither could costumer care. after 5 months of use, it automatically shut down and never could switch on ever since. (till date)

Okay i have this model and i am very happy does what other phones does too... like I phone 6, with no spending a lots of money.

I facing problem of incoming call voice just within 6 month
battery not perform as per commitment while purchasing configuration
also facing problem at customer care centers - no proper reply during warranty and guarantee time, not quick service and clearly said if any replacement need 10 to 12 days to phone with him

Phone look and Design is good, working is fine for me
Coming to camera quality, Secondary camera is better than Primary, even primary 21 megapixels not giving clarity than the selfie cam
I am facing heating issue with this,

plz mention... moreChoose according to ur need if u want performance,metal body, big battery ,fingerprint scanner, ok with average camera then go for Redmi note 3 processor is better ...cons display doesn't have branded protection glass , heat bcoz of metal body (doesn't overheat) and hybrid slot .
If u want stock android exp , better camera , fingerprint scanner, dual sim and sd card support etc go for moto g4 plus .. x play is also good in display but can't handel heavy games that great. Hope that helps

AnonD-548356, 13 Jun 2016Friends jst soo confused... which mobile is BEST... moto, S... moreSee its up to u if u like brands then u can go for any famous brand all works fine the only point is the hardware they provide is not that great in there mid range devices like for 15-20K and if u want to go for high specs u can buy new companie devices too like Le , Redmi note 3 ,zuk z1, oneplus they provide better hardware in mid price range only cons r late updates and slow/average after sales services .. Hope that helps
