If it still creates problem, then visit a motorola service centre and ask them to reinstall the software... Sometimes if the software doesn't get installed correctly, such issues are faced...

1)Battery discharging problem.
2) Heating of phone after playing games and long phone call

Either my near by seated my colleagues use other companies phone there is showing 3g h+ network .... Plz suggust is there product failure ?

Mobile is quite good but when you attach memory card it is getting removed automatically...(memory card removed unexpectedly)...I think it is the major problem with this mobile..

Got this phone for about 3 months now, after the last android update I just love it, its smooth ,easy, the phone calls are very clear and loud, reception is very good and this is all I need from mobile phone. Yes its not the fastest phone for the newest games but u see what u pay for. I would recommend it in 100%. Very happy customer.

Phone is getting very much heated on phone calls and internet also no solutions from motorola.. Even after calling helpline...don't buy this mobile

Rajeev, 10 Feb 2016Guys anybody having issue in moto x play mobile heating. my... moreNo issues here and we have two of these phones in the family, I think this so called "heating issue" is being generated from ppl who abuse their handset and use it for extreme 3D gaming, which it wasn't designed to do, and expecting to perform as a phone that costs 3 times as much as the X Play.
