Hi, in my Motorola z2 play I am facing Jio sim issue and not able to call any number in roaming while internet is working fine. I purchased a new jio sim from roaming area and its working fine in same handset. If someone has same issue and resolution kindly share.

Hi, love the fhone but facing issue with jio sim in roaming. Not able to make calls "call failed" message showing every time while internet is running fine. 4G symbol gone in roaming thats why not able to connect any call. If someone has same issue and resolution kindly share immediately. Had talkes to jio care and also spent around 3 hrs in Motorola service center , they flashed my phone but issue still persists.

Just received one. Great phone in every respect. Love the battery life. Easy to view graphics

I had battery issues before with several devices after upgrades and the solution is always a wipe cache partition, there are several tutotrials on youtube. I actually do it as a preventive practice immediately after upgrading. good luck

Hi,
Anyone that like to purchase Motorola phones should spend sometime on Motorola forums.
I have a Moto Z which I bought last year. Few months ago I have upgraded to Android 7.1.1. Battery is now lasting only an hour at the maximum.
Please be warned this a world-wide problem and Motorola has no answer for this.
Buying Motorola phones with ZERO SUPPORT and each of these phones costing over 20K INR, is totally ridiculous.
PLEASE BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS BEFORE PURCHASING Motorola devices.

Had this phone a couple of weeks, an incentive was the moto style mods. Not a fan of glass/ metal phones so I though a leather/ fabric back piece would be great...Wrong! They dont sit flush with the device, there is a gap at all times, not a good fit one bit. I had high hopes for the battery but that had been disappointing. I charge the phone to 100% at around 11pm, by 7am its 92%. Listen to about an hour of music or radio between 8am & 1pm. battery down to 75%. 40 minute of use at lunch, couple of youtube vids/ light gaming and browsing. im down to 60% at 1pm. By 11pm im at 45%. Not the worst battery ever but not great either. Im looking at changing to a galaxy a5 2017 possibly. Screen, performance, fingerprint sensor are great though.

The z2 play has a glitchy interface compared to normal button functions on cell phones and the screen cracked in two months use (Motorola models seem extremely fragile since I've had three screens crack in the past year. Samsung lasted me years....)
