I wish I would have read these reviews before getting talked into it at Verizon. I absolutely hate this phone and now I am locked into a contract paying monthly. This phone is not even worth using for free. Never will I go with a Moto again.

Push and hold power button until phone switch off and restart. Android phones need to be restarted every 5-6 days to work properly. And try to factory reset the phone.

Absolutely hands down the worst telephone I have ever had in my entire life. Total garbage! Freezes up constantly. Shuts off when I send a text. The camera is also not able to zoom in without going blurry.

Do not buy this phone! Had the phone less than a year. The first one decided that it wouldn't allow me to lock it within just a few days. This second "new" one turns black if I try to call out or have a call coming in and I can't access the screen until the other person hangs up or if I get their voicemail I have to turn off the phone. What happens if I need to call 911 in an emergency. Also, the second one has a random delay while trying to text. Suddenly the letters are no longer going in and you have to wait for the phone to catch up which is infuriating. These phones are crap and I'm getting rid of this as soon as I can. Horrible phone. Horrible tech service.

This is a great phone. The only failure is that the internal battery died exactly in 1 year.

Please dont buy this phone!!!
I bought this last Jan 2018. Last May with the New Update, It keeps on restarting. Shut down unexpectedly. Search it on google z2play restarts issue youll find out.
