Does anybody know how to set up notification of the SMS messenger app to show that you got message?
Because my screen messenger log doesn't show you any sign or number to indicate that you have messages. Only You see notification on the left top of phone.
But not on the Apps logo.

Moto Z Play provides roughly two days of battery life and Moto Mods expansion.
Alcatel Idol 4S is better in many other aspects: CPU, GPU, WiFi AC, selfie camera, FM radio among others.
Its screen's resolution is overkill though.
I would pick the Z Play, mainly because I don't need QHD screen paired with a less efficient SD652 (28 nm process node) and average 3000 mAh battery.

Does this phone also use up all the on board space for running apps, I smashed the crap outs my other Moto cause every time you reset it operating apps pushed out the aps I wanted to keep

Pictures also for lot of calling battery back up is so well camera not so good
But not bad also . Outdoor photography is good .

The nougat update allows the phones usb to operate at usb 3.0 speeds..... also the perfomance increased even though the antutu score went lower than 60k. It no longer takes two minutes to shut down, only like 5 seconds after the update.
