I am a bit unsatisfied with the weak battery life and unsure about camera when compare with new devices. I miss the fingerprint scanner in every device now.
If I move to any device now battery life will be improved. But I am unsure about the improvement in camera, I did not get any chance to compare RN3, Le2, Zenfone 3,Moto Z Play, OP3T in real world so that I can decide moving to these phones would be an improvement in camera.

Charger is dead silent. Had my Moto Z Play since October, especially love loooong battery life and super fast fingerprint sensor.

My guess it is the battery losing charge, but otherwise your device should still be fine and able to meet your daily requirements (gaming, music, camera)
I would also suggest to wait a month or two for early 2017 devices to launch with latest technologies. You then can decide whether to pick one of those, or pick a 2016 device with decreased price.

Hi, which is better in performance SD 801 vs 650/652 or 625? My usage would also include gaming (asphalt 8,MC5 etc). I am from India, I own htc one m8 eye and planning to change. Going for redmi note 3/Le2/moto z play/zenfone 3 will be downgrade? Which of these cameras would be an upgrade to htc one m8 eye? Suggest me any phone for my usage which is gaming, camera, music.

LLL, 15 Jan 2017This comparison has been asked numerous times, Z Play vs OP... more..... one another thing is in feb, flagship mobiles will be launched with sd 835 result is better performance & better battery life @approx same price tag so my opinion is will wait 1 or 2 months than decide to which one buy......... no need to hurry. thnx

Frankly, I feel if we focus on what we WANT from a device and not what we actually NEED, confusion is what we get.
Why? Because not a single device has every thing we WANT ;)
You choose Moto Z Play if you need any of these:
1. First and foremost, microSD slot.
2. Insanely good battery life.
3. Going modular & stand out.
4. Near vanilla Android.
OP3T if you need:
1. Powerhouse CPU and GPU.
2. More RAM.
3. OIS.
Those guidelines are not comprehensive and you may add more to them. Just set your priorities right ;)

Con? That should be the fingerprint sensor that does not act as a home button as well. As a result, on-screen buttons eat up some screen space most of the time.
