So far I use Moto Z Play in Android Nougat 7.1.1 no problems. Overall work fine. Ever experienced, not sometimes, the phone little hang several seconds when in accessing apps (not all apps I guess).
Indonesia region still no new update. I am still waiting.

Battery performance of Moto Z Play is badly affected after 8.0 update since it is draining out fast. Battery was the strongest feature of this phone which MOTO's R & D needs to rectify as early as possible. A disappointed MOTO Z Play user.

AnonD-757400, 06 May 2018Hello friend please How can I do my update on my Moto Z Play Oreo upgrade available on India. If you are in India and your Moto Z Play is India region, you will get new update notification. If you don't receive notification, just go to Settings and choose About then System Update.
Other regions are still waiting Android Oreo coming.

It is Moto Mod support, so you could plug in using the a suitable Moto Style cover, sound JBL, Powerbank Incipio, etc.

Today I updated my device naught to Oreo . Dont know why but little bit my battery drain fast compare to naught . It is surprise for me why there is no improve . Setting colour must be change white to black or dark colour .

I have one question to all moto z play users is that after the the oreo update does any one notice that the naviation bars button are changing their place from slight left to right after each lock screen on and off because I am facing the problem it is pretty wierd.

motofilipino, 22 Apr 2018seriously? this is motorola. this isnt samsung or iphone.Obviously you have a problem with your apps or your hardware,
But not with os Oreo,

I used this device 16.months now from 2 days I have some issues my device battery drain fast 80% to 12 % within 2 hours without use is it battery problem or any app problem
