It is a great phone, powerful and modern, but why why there is not a card slot for additional storage??? :(

[deleted post]1. I'm not a Samsung hater; in fact, I own numerous Samsung home and electronic appliances and they're very good indeed. It's just that their phones' UI and design sucks.
2. The post was not meant to be funny at all. But if you find it funny, well, thanks, I guess.

[deleted post]Huawei Ascend Mate7's overall endurance rating of 67 hours means your device will last a few hours short of three days, if you are using the Mate7 for an hour of calling, video playback and web browsing each day.
Now try to do the same thing with this phone and for sure it will not last even for two days, i.e. an hour of calling, video playback and web browsing each day.
By the way that battery test was done with "all energy saving options turned off" as the review states.
But with the Ultra Power Saving mode on, Mate 7 battery power will last longer just like my Mediapad X1 battery which lasted for 9 days.
Next time fully understand the review before replying with nonsense comment.

Well, certainly it's not the best looking phone on the planet, but it still looks better than *cough* S5 *cough*.

Once of the ugliest high end phone I have ever seen. And I can't understand why Motorola have this FM issues. I guess Apple did not threaten to sue them. LMAO!

No LG, not even the Nexus 5, No Sony, No GS5, No HTC M8 get the best experience, performance than the Motorola Moto X 2014.
I'm telling you if the Moto X 2014 is so capable so what about the Phabet Nexus 6?

I thought it has no flash, but actually it does have flash built in around the camera.
Back design isn't really impressive thou.

It is sad to see the nexus 6 doesn't support 4g band 40 which is being used in India. 4g is expected when paying for flagship nowadays.

I'm guessing the only Nexus device missing from the line puzzle is a Nexus 8 (tablet) before they move on to Android Silver. Lol.
In my current condition, maybe if I work a year round and multiply my salary 1,000x, I could buy the SIM card which I would insert to this device which would happen after, hmm say, another 5 years? Ahuuga! Lol!
I've considered Mate7 but still can't afford that :-)
If Moto X (2014) ever washes up to my shores with full or SRP pricing by the end of the year, I'd buy that in a blink and hang on to that S801 for a long time since it is updateable to Lollipop or at least until the next Nexus or Silver powered with 64-bit octa-core chip comes out. Maybe it'd be an S810, maybe not. Who has official word at this point?
If Moto X (2014) sails away, then I'll just have to look forward to Huawei if they will have Honor Holly aboard. But if their ship got wrecked, then I'll end up with either a Zenfone 6 or a 5. Who knows, maybe a pirate of a brand might steal the scene along the way.

Mobilemaster, 18 Oct 2014Have you seen the battery life of the Mate7? It has only 67... moreLOL!
The battery of Mate 7 is 4100mAh compared to Nexus 6 3220mAh.
If you are telling that 4100mAh battery lasts only for 67 hours how much less is 3220mAh battery?
What a shame!

AnonD-238991, 18 Oct 2014Huawei phone draw so much power on standby. Thats why even ... moreDon't say something if you haven't used it.
I own Huawei Mediapad X1 and now it is on its 9th day and the battery gets 9%, time to charge and use it for another 9 days after.
I will not post that if I myself is not using it just like what you are doing.
I also have S5 and often use the ultra power saving mode but its actual stand by time doesn't even comes close to the stand by time of my Huawei.
