          The phone glass cannot resist breakage if dropped from 3 ft height and Display shatters completely.
          Why Companies asking such heavy price if cannot make breakage resistant phones?

                would have upgraded to this this year, but too bad it doesn't have an sd card slot. The price oems tend to charge per GB isn't worth the extra price when sd cards are a good way cheaper and can be reusable (since i have a 32gb (sandisk red and grey one) one and am using it with my s3(daily)). Also in my opinion the nexus program is about giving great hardware to the developers, not a bunch of storage space to the cameraphile. The amount of storage should be decided by the end user via an micro sd card.

The menu button kept on breaking down. My brother owns a Z3 and it's glasses have already been replaced. The phone was on a table and then the back glass just cracked. May have been a bad unit, but not a good look for a flagship. My Nexus 6 did heat up when I bought the phone and installed all the updates a month ago - in normal use it doesn't get as hot.

You're an amateur... Dude, its true that every phone heats up, but after a temperature the heat cannot be tolerated, which is called overheating... Upto 40 C the heat is ok, when stressed 43 C is ok... Beyond that is not tolerable...

Nevertheless dude, atleast the batteries from sony don't burst out dude... Sony is well known for providing their phones with the best hardware and I have personally experienced it...!!
